Where do I have to return my handset to after my trip?

You have to return your rental phone to the same authorized agent or dealer you rented your phone from originally. They will have all of your contact information and payment details in their database.

How do I install a SIM card into my Cellular Phone?

First, switch off your phone. Remove the back of your phone and you should see the battery. The SIM cards will either be visible beside the battery, or it will be beneath the battery. Remove the battery to gain access to the SIM card. The SIM card can then be slid out of its holder. You can then replace the SIM with a new SIM. Make sure it is in the correct way and replace the battery and the cover. Switch phone back on.

Cell phone you rented will be accompanied with a small 4 page Technical common inquiries booklets that will have a list of common inquires you may come across with your rental phone. Usually our Authorized Agents offer Rental Cellular phone insurance to their customers for incase of Lost or stolen rental phones. If your rental cellular phone is stolen or lost please contact your travel agent you rented your cellular phone from.

When is my credit card charged?

That depends on weather you purchased a SIM card or rented a Cellular phone. If you have purchased a SIM card then your credit card will be charged immediately. If you have rented a Cellular phone depending on the authorized dealer you have rented the Phone from, your credit card may be charge immediately or upon return of your cell phone.
